Kathryn O’Donnell Luppino is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.  She spent four years with Ernst & Young, LLP in New York as an auditor.  Kathy specialized in evaluating internal controls and preparing financial reports for healthcare, nonprofit, and subsidiary organizations. She joined O’Donnell & Company, a family-owned predecessor firm, over thirty years ago.  Kathy uses her auditing and computer skills to help clients establish and improve their internal controls and accounting systems.  Her experience in payroll and tax preparation enables Kathy to assist clients in meeting their reporting obligations to both the Federal and State governments.  Kathy is the owner and manager of the firm.

Ivone Martins is the office manager, and has been a familiar face to clients for many years. She is also a part-time bookkeeping and accounting assistant. Ivone has received on the job training and therefore extensively understands and meets the needs of each of our clients. Ivone provides exceptional customer service to clients both on the phone and in person on a daily basis. Ivone is responsible for payroll preparation services, bank reconciliations, accounts payable administration, and accounts receivable functions for multiple corporate and non-profit clients. She provides each client with the individualized attention they require in order to maintain appropriate bookkeeping records.
